Another from my series of large format paintings based on light filtering through trees, and landscapes. This one is very loosely based on an old small painting I did many years ago called "Reflections In Pink". See photo included. In my early years I was very much influenced by Claud Monet, and the extremes in these two versions of the same scene prove that even in my abstract paintings, I am still influenced by him.
It is painted on loose canvas that was pinned to a wall, allowing the paint to drip.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for me to have this painting stretched onto a support frame before sending.
