This was my first ever abstract painting, happened by accident. As I was blocking in a large blank canvas with a light blue background, I kept spinning the canvas around to access each side. The paint started to drip, and I noticed an abstract city skyline start to appear. So I let the paint do it's thing. I turned it on its side and added the red and yellow drips. I stood back to see what I had created after all that fun, and it reminded me of the feeling of walking out of a night club after a big night to see the sun coming up over the city. Not that I have done that for a while!
