A spin on a traditional still life. Cherry red cricket balls and red apples in a bowl. Both good enough to eat. This painting was one of my first after a long lay off from painting due to raising several small children. At times I thought I had bitten off more than I could chew, it was a long innings, but worth it in the end. (both the painting, and the kids)
